Teachers can invite all parents of students in their classes to join Seneca from the teacher homepage once logged into Seneca. This is available for schools with the Seneca MIS Sync and an up-to-date set of approved permissions in Wonde.

Which parents are sent an invite?
Parents must have the following three conditions all hold true in your school's MIS to be invited via the teacher platform:
Parental responsibility = true
Court order = false
Priority relationship = 1 or 2
If any one of these is not met, the parent will not be invited.
What do parents need to do?
Parents simply need to:
Sign up to Seneca for free here using the email in your MIS. This will be the email they're invited with.
Accept the pending connection to their child.
They can also manually connect to their child once logged in by sending a link, You can learn how to do this here.
What am I sending parents?
You will be sending parents an email prompting them to sign up to Seneca which has the following text:
Hi [parent name],
[Teacher name] has invited you to check out [child name]'s homework progress on Seneca. Click here to accept [teacher name]'s invitation & stay in the loop with [child name]'s schoolwork.
