If your school has Seneca Premium & an MIS connection then all accounts will automatically be created & given premium access. If an account doesn't have premium then:

  1. Check the user is trying to log in using their school email address (and not a personal gmail or hotmail account).

  2. Email your school's IT department asking them to check that this student or teacher has a school email address in your MIS (Arbor, SIMS, etc).
