If your school has Seneca Premium & an MIS connection then all accounts will automatically be created & given premium access for the year groups you've purchased for. If you have the MIS sync as a standalone purchase, nobody will have Premiuum access. If you are seeing any of the following:
You are a teacher and students are missing from your class,
You are a teacher and you don't have Premium access
You are a student and you are not appearing within an expected class
You are a student and you don't have Premium access, but you know your school does,
Then you will need to:
Check that you or the user is trying to log in using their school email address (and not a personal gmail or hotmail account). - if you have forgotten your password follow the forgotten password link.
If you or the user are using a correct school email address then email your school's IT department asking them to check that this student or teacher has a school email address in your MIS (Arbor, SIMS, etc).
