Senior leaders can invite the parents of all students to use Seneca. You can also invite parents from specific year groups.
To use this feature you just need the Seneca MIS sync set up with an up-to-date set of data permissions in Wonde.

Which parents are sent an invite?
For parents to receive invitations via the teacher platform, three conditions must be met according to your school's MIS:
Parental responsibility: Must be true.
court order: Must be false.
Priority relationship: Must be either 1 or 2.
If any of these conditions are not fulfilled, the parent will not receive an invitation.
What do parents need to do?
Parents simply need to:
Sign up to Seneca for free here using the email in your MIS. This will be the email they're invited with.
Accept the pending connection to their child.
They can also manually connect to their child once logged in by sending a link, You can learn how to do this here.
What am I sending parents?
You will be sending parents an email prompting them to sign up to Seneca which has the following text:
