Sometimes, people get in touch with us because their stats, tournaments or courses have disappeared from their account. Don't panic! There is almost always a very logical explanation for this.

How to get your data back
Most people 'lose' their stats, classes and courses when they accidentally sign in to a second account that they haven't been working on. 

The second account is with a different email to the account you have previously studied on. Check your email in your settings and try to log in with a different email address to get your data back.
