To cancel a premium plan, you must be logged into the student account with the Premium subscription. This cannot be done via a parent account and the account needs to be on the student platform.
Go to your Premium settings, then click the three dots on your subscription.
Click the "Cancel subscription" button.
When you cancel your subscription with Seneca Learning, you will retain full access to all subscription benefits until the end of your current paid period. This means that even after you request cancellation, the service remains accessible, and you can continue to use all features included in your subscription until the scheduled expiry date. After the paid period ends, access to subscription features will stop unless you choose to renew your subscription.
