To cancel a premium plan, you must be logged into the student account with the Premium subscription. This cannot be done via a parent account and the account needs to be on the student platform.
Go to your Premium settings, then click the three dots on your subscription.
Click the "Cancel subscription" button.
You will still get access to Premium up until the expiry date.
After your Premium expiry date, you won't be charged for a renewal and you will lose access to Premium content and features.
