When requesting to reset your password we will send you an email with the reset code that you would need to change the password.

Spam or junk folder
It might have happened that this email ended up in your email spam or junk folder. Please do check whether it is in there.

Whitelist domain
If you're still not receiving the password reset code, then please ask your school's IT department to whitelist the following domain: senecalearning.com as emails are coming from no-reply@senecalearning.com and eu-west-1.amazonses.com.

Incorrect email

If you get an error saying that we don't have an account with the email you've entered, try resetting the password for another email address to gain access to your account.
