How to login with Google or Microsoft when you get this error message

Seneca offers three login methods: email and password, Google or Microsoft login.

If you get this error message, it is likely you are logging in using a different method to the one you originally used.

This error message is fixed by using the correct login method. If you have tried all three and are still not able to access your account, get in touch with our support team at learnmore@seneca.io.


Once logged into your account, you can check if you have Google or Microsoft login enabled in your account settings under the 'Login & Password' tab.
