Within the Premium Guarantee plan, we will send the parent/guardian a weekly email containing usage statistics of your child.

The parent activity summary will be sent to the email listed as the cardholder's email address when setting up your subscription.

We send out our Parent Activity Summaries every Monday morning. If you are not receiving your activity summary, you can find out why here.

The Parent Activity Summary includes data on what your child has completed on Seneca over the previous 7 days. 

The large numbers tell you whats happened over the last 7 days.

The smaller numbers show the change in data from the last 7 days to the previous 7 days.
