The learning platform will detect after several minutes of inactivity that the student is not longer studying. It will then automatically stop counting the learning time and prevent students from ‘hacking’ their knowledge score/ leaderboard position by leaving their laptop on over night..

In other words, students cannot game their knowledge score or learning time by simply leaving the platform untouched. The student will need to be actively completing sessions in order to keep the learning time running.
