Transfer a Class
To transfer a class, our engineers would have to change the email address associated with the account. This can be requested by sending an email to learnmore@seneca.io The change can take up several days. So, if it's urgent, then the easiest way to share a class is to reset your password and temporarily share your login credentials.
Share a Class
The platform does not yet allow for multiple teachers managing the same class. The only way to accommodate for this is by sharing your login credentials with your colleague. Please use a unique password when you're doing so.
We do recognise that many teachers share classes and that it would be beneficial to have this functionality. We're therefore discussing this during our prioritisation meetings.
