Not receiving your password reset code email?
In case that you're not receiving the password reset email with the code, then it might have happened that this email ended up in your email spam or junk folder. Please do check whether it is in there.
If you're still not receiving the password reset code, then please ask your school's IT department to whitelist the following domain: senecalearning.com as emails are coming from no-reply@senecalearning.com.
