Yes! Seneca is more interactive and effective than reading revision guides or making notes.

We tested Seneca's platform in a research project with over 1,000 students. Students who used Seneca got 2x the test scores. During the study students were split in groups and asked to study with either traditional resources, study guides on iPads, or with Seneca. 

We tested the knowledge of the students before the study, which turned out to be the same for each group. However, once we tested the students again after 4 weeks during which they studied, we identified that the group who used Seneca scored 2x higher.
