Accessing synced classes with an unsynced account

If you can't access your synced classes, you may be using an unsynced account

If you encounter the following message when attempting to enter a synced class, it indicates that you're trying to access it with a Seneca account associated with an email that isn't listed in your MIS such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, etc.

How do I access synced classes?

To access an account synced with your school, you must log in with an email that is registered in your school's MIS. If your email needs to be added to your school's MIS, please contact your IT department or network manager to arrange this.
