Seneca will update all classes, students & teachers every night to exactly match the information in your MIS. If there is a change that you didn't expect, this is likely caused by a change in your MIS, so contact your IT or Data manager in your school.
If a student joins or leaves a class, this should be updated the next day. If you are still experiencing the problem 48 hours after your IT/Data manager have fixed it, please ask them to contact Seneca's support through the Chat function on the website or by email to learnmore@seneca.io.
