When will my classes from the MIS show up in my Seneca account?

The classes that I expected aren't showing up in my Seneca account. What should I do?

Your classes from your MIS will only show up in Seneca if:

  1. The class has at least one teacher assigned to it in your MIS.

  2. The class has at least one student assigned to it in your MIS.

  3. Your Data team has approved Seneca’s Wonde access request.

  4. The class 'end date' has not passed.

If a class is still not showing up, please contact your IT or Data manager and let them know which class is not appearing in your Seneca account so they can check this information.
