How do I archive/unarchive classes?

Archive classes to clean up your Seneca workspace & keep access to data.

  • If you want to archive, make sure you have Active selected.

  • If you want to unarchive, make sure you have Archived selected.

Archiving/unarchiving from the main classes page

  • Click on the 3 dots to the right of the class that you'd like to archive/unarchive

  • Select Archive / Unarchive

  • Click Archive / Unarchive on the popup that you'll be shown

Archiving from within a class

  • Go to the Settings page for the class you want to archive

  • Click the Archive class button that is in the top-right of your screen next to the Delete class button

  • Click Archive on the popup that you'll be shown

Unarchiving from within a class

  • Click on the Unarchive class button that is in the top-right of your screen

  • Click Unarchive on the popup that you'll be shown

How can I archive/unarchive lots of classes at once?

  • Use the checkboxes to select all the classes you would like to archive

  • Click the Archive / Unarchive button that will appear in the banner towards the top right of your screen

  • Click Archive / Unarchive on the popup that you'll be shown

NB - If you would like to select all of your classes at once, you can click on the checkbox in the top-left hand corner of the table:
