We have a number of different types of images/videos we use on Seneca. Some of these have sound and some of them do not.

You should start by checking the sound is working on your computer by playing a video from YouTube.

The different types of images are:

Images with text and bullet points over the top of them do not have any sound.

gifs are moving image that do not have any sounds. gifs on Seneca will repeat 3 times before they stop playing.

We import videos into Seneca from YouTube. If a YouTube video has no sound. Check that the volume is turned up on your computer. You should also check that the volume is turned up at the bottom of the video.
