Do you have a specific account for students with Dyslexia?

This article covers why we ask students whether they have a specific learning difficulty such as dyslexia and what we do with that info.

We understand that some students using Seneca have a specific learning difficulty and would benefit from an adapted platform.

For instance, we recognise that students with Dyslexia could benefit from a contrast as it might be hard to read black writing on a white background.

Students can enable 'Dark Mode' in their account settings, this will change the colour of the background whilst using Seneca.

We also offer 'Text to speech' within courses, making the content within our platform more accessible by reading it out loud. To see this new feature in action head over to one of your courses and click the play icon to the top left of the content as shown below.
