Not receiving your password reset code email? If you don't see the password reset email with the code in your inbox, it may have been filtered into your email's spam or junk folder. Please check there first.
If you're still not receiving the password reset code, please contact your school's IT department and ask them to whitelist the following domain: senecalearning.com, as emails are sent from no-reply@senecalearning.com.
