How students get into your class depends on whether your school uses School Sync.

If your school syncs with Seneca, students are added automatically from your school’s management system (MIS), you don’t add them manually. Open a class and check the Students tab to see who’s in it.

Students missing? Your school’s IT/admin needs to check the class within the MIS to add them to the class, our support team can then run a manual sync to pull the data through rather than waiting for the overnight sync to take place, just contact them at Learnmore@seneca.io

If you created the class yourself, students join using the class code or class link.

To find the class link you can click on the + next to the student tab within the class and share the link to the students.

You can also share the class code with the students.
To join the class they will click the emoji in the bottom left of their student account, classes, join class.
