What is School Management and how do I check my school's sync?

View your whole school's synced classes, students and teachers and when it last synced.

School Management is available on synced / Premium schools.

School Management gives you a view of everything synced from your school’s management system (MIS).

Open School Management

  1. In the left hand menu, click School Management.

  2. Use the tabs to view School classes, Students and Teachers.

  3. The Last synced time (top right) shows when your data last updated from your MIS.

Classes, students and teachers here all come from your school’s MIS data. If something’s missing, it’s usually added on the next overnight sync if recently added to the MIS if not, your school’s IT/admin might need to add it.
