Student Assignment Answers Review

The teacher platform now includes student assignment answers, giving you a detailed view of how individual students answered both standard content and exam questions within an assignment.

How to access the review

You can open a student's answers directly from the assignment page within a class.

For standard questions

  • Select a student's name to open their assignment and start reviewing their answers from the beginning.

  • Select a score within a topic to jump straight to the questions for that topic.

For exam questions

  • Change the view to the 'Exam questions' tab

  • Select a student's name to open their assignment and start reviewing their answers from the beginning.

  • Select an exam question score to open the marking view for that specific question.

Module Performance Table

The assignment view also includes a module performance table that provides an overview of student performance for each module in the assignment.

This helps quickly identify which topics students understand well and which areas may need additional support or revision.

What the Table Shows

The table groups student answers by question and provides a summary of how the class performed in each one.

You can use this information to:

  • Identify topics where students are performing well

  • Spot areas where students may be struggling

  • Focus your teaching and revision on the modules that need the most attention

View Individual Student Answers

You can select a module to view how individual students answered the questions within it and how many attempts it took.

This allows you to:

  • See a student's responses in more detail

  • Identify specific misconceptions or gaps in understanding

  • Provide targeted feedback and support where needed
